Your Zeebo communicates with the ZeeboNet network wirelessly, enabling you to download games, buy Z-Credits and receive automatic updates. If you are experiencing transmission errors, slow downloads or interrupted downloads, it may be because of poor wireless reception.
You can check your wireless reception by viewing the signal strength indicator in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. The more bars displayed (from zero to five), the stronger the signal, resulting in faster downloads and better network performance. If your signal is weak, you may be able to improve it by doing the following:
• Avoid placing the Zeebo on a metal surface or inside a metal enclosure (like a steel cabinet or bookcase).
• If convenient, position your Zeebo near a window.
• Move your Zeebo to another location and see if reception improves.
Reception may also depend on weather and other conditions. If you lose your network connection while buying Z-Credits, registering or downloading a game, you can try again when reception improves.
You can plug your Z-Pad into either of the two standard USB ports on the front of the console or the one on the back of the console. Use only authorized Zeebo components with your system. Use of unauthorized components may damage your system and void your warranty. Warning: do not use the smaller mini-USB port on the back of the console. Doing so could damage your system and void your warranty.
Some Zeebo games let two people play at the same time. To find out which games support two players, check the game description when you shop for games. If the game does allow two players and you want to take advantage of this feature, you will need to buy a second Z-Pad from your Zeebo dealer or the Zeebo website (http://www.zeebo.com.br) and plug it into one of the available USB ports on the front or back of the console.

You can change the language of on-screen menus, commands and other text. You can choose from Portuguese, Spanish and English. Just go back to the Setup menu and click on "Language". Note: this does not change the language used in the games themselves.
This is normal and varies with different types of TVs.
